Manage incoming calls from Clients ensuring service is delivered within the required time frames.
Build professional rapport with internal and external customers by demonstrating active listening skills to ensure mutual understanding of customer's concerns/comments
Maintain compliance and data entry to agreed department conventions and compliance standards
Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements and making recommendations
Demonstrate positive 'Customer First' behaviours to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times
Proactively identify potential issues with clients and related consultants
Effectively communicate information, verbally, and/or in writing in a clear and informative manner, and take appropriate ownership and accountability of customer issues and concerns, minimizing the need for future contacts
