We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Service Executive

with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction, and providing support across multiple channels. Willingness to relocate to our branch offices in

Pune

or

Dubai

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner. Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal departments (technical, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues. Identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends and suggesting proactive solutions. Assist in onboarding and guiding new customers on product/service usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

2 years of Hands-on experience

in a customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English

. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a background in

technology education

is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Must be

willing to relocate

to

Pune

or

Dubai

as per business requirements.

Prior experience in supporting international clients. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
