Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues.
Identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends and suggesting proactive solutions.
Assist in onboarding and guiding new customers on product/service usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of Hands-on experience
in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a background in

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
