We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Service Executive to be the face of the gym on the floor. This role is a blend of hospitality, supervision, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth gym operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, support trainers in staying aligned with protocol, and actively engage members to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gym Floor Supervision:
Ensure the gym floor is clean, well-maintained, and machines are in order throughout the day.
Make sure housekeeping staff are performing their duties as per schedule.
Trainer Monitoring:
Ensure all trainers are in proper uniform, presentable, and actively attending to clients.
Address any trainer-related issues or escalate when needed.
Client Engagement & Retention:
Greet and interact with members to ensure their satisfaction.
Collect feedback and assist clients in resolving minor issues on the spot.
Encourage members to leave positive reviews on Google and social media platforms.
Referral Building:
Build rapport with members to understand their workplace and family network.
Suggest gym memberships to potential referrals from their circles.
Help design small incentives to encourage member referrals.
Support Front Office:
Assist in managing walk-ins and guiding prospective clients around the facility.
Coordinate with sales team for trial sessions and membership closures if needed.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide daily reports to management on floor activity, member feedback, and any operational issues.
Coordinate with trainers and housekeeping to ensure shift-wise consistency.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Good command of English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
Basic understanding of gym operations is an advantage
Presentable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Willingness to work in shift timings, including weekends
