. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and have prior customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries through

email, chat/messages

, and occasional calls Provide accurate and timely resolutions Maintain records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Skills & Requirements

of customer service experience (email/chat preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work night shifts from home Basic computer proficiency and fast typing speed Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach
