Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and family members regarding home care services. Provide detailed information about services offered, including care plans, pricing, availability, and eligibility requirements. Assess client needs and preferences to match them with appropriate caregivers, ensuring compatibility and satisfaction. Schedule home care services according to client preferences, caregiver availability, and company protocols. Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely arrivals, schedule adherence, and proper documentation of services provided. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and caregiver assignments using CRM software or databases. Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with management and care coordinators to address any challenges or discrepancies in service delivery and implement corrective measures. Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in service quality. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and company policies to provide accurate information and guidance to clients and caregivers.
