Job Description

A Customer Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. Key duties include conducting market research to find new opportunities, building relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating terms, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation

: Find new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.

Client engagement

: Schedule and attend meetings to understand customer needs and concerns.

Sales presentations

: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiation and closing

: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment options to close sales agreements.

Relationship management

: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market analysis

: Conduct market research to identify trends, new business opportunities, and understand competitor activities.

Reporting

: Track sales progress, maintain client records in a CRM system, and create reports on sales performance.

Customer satisfaction

: Provide after-sales support and handle complaints or objections to ensure customer satisfaction.
