About the Role

Stockify Fintech is expanding its Client Success team and seeking Customer Service Executives who can deliver an exceptional experience to investors dealing in unlisted and pre-IPO shares. This role requires strong communication, process adherence, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth transaction handling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound client queries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Assist investors with onboarding, KYC completion, and transaction documentation. Provide timely updates on share transfer status, payment timelines, and transaction progress. Closely coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Compliance teams to resolve client issues. Maintain accurate and updated client records, logs, and communication history in CRM. Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines when handling sensitive financial data. Support clients throughout the transaction lifecycle with clarity and accuracy.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred). 1-4 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or client support roles. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent client-handling ability. Basic understanding of demat accounts, KYC norms, capital market processes (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.
