Position- Travel Consultant
Location - Bangalore
Experience- Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls related to travel bookings and support
Provide solutions for booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work closely with internal teams and travel partner
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of travel industry tools (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, etc. is a plus).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-oriented attitude and patience.
