The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert walk-in and inquiry leads into successful sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle walk-in customers, inbound calls, and online inquiries effectively.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demos.
Follow up on leads to maximize conversion.
2. Customer Experience & Service
Greet customers and assist them throughout the purchase journey.
Provide detailed product information, pricing, and benefits.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain strong knowledge of product features, specifications, and pricing.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visual merchandising in the store.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
Ensure timely billing, documentation, and coordination with the operations team.
Update the CRM or sales tracker daily.
5. Coordination & Support
Work closely with the operations, design, and installation teams.
Coordinate delivery timelines and customer follow-ups.
Support promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Experience in retail, home decor, interior design, furniture, or similar industry is an advantage
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
