Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Track, escalate, and resolve order-related issues (delivery, payment, returns, etc.) through defined processes.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback.
Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce repeated issues.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience
in customer service or related role.
Excellent
spoken and written English
communication.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email).
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
