Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Conduct audit calls to customers to ensure service quality and collect feedback.
Respond to 5-star ratings and customer reviews with professional and positive replies.
Maintain customer interaction records and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment execution.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
Maintain good customer relations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and data entry.
Prior customer service or telecalling experience for minimum 6months to 1year is required.
