Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to membership renewals and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve assigned targets for renewals and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:Minimum HSC (12th pass)
Experience:Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (telecalling, retention, or renewal domain preferred)
Languages Required:Malayalam or Telugu (mandatory)
Age Limit:22 - 37 years

Work Days:Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings:*
Females:10 AM - 7 PM
Males:12 PM - 9 PM

Compensation
Salary:?18,000 - ?22,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn salary and experience)
