Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls (inbound/ email, chat, and social media.
Communicate effectively with customers through multiple channels.
Acknowledge, document and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Develop in depth knowledge of the company's products to provide accurate information and solutions.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective support.
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify customer needs and work proactively to meet them.
Recognize and escalate trends in customer queries to management.
Research, identify, and resolve issues using appropriate tools and resources.
Follow up with customers on unresolved queries to ensure closure.
Qualifications
Minimum Secondary Higher Education (12th Pass).
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, e commerce, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
Customer oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different types of queries.

Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
