Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Project Coordinator

to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a customer service mindset to ensure both internal teams and external clients receive timely, accurate, and professional communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist Project Managers in project planning, coordination, and administrative support. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, schedules, and communication logs. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and project-related events with clients and team members. Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and invoice processing in collaboration with finance teams. Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate updates, timelines, and potential risks. Escalate complex issues to project leadership while ensuring clients feel heard and supported. Support post-project evaluations and client feedback initiatives to improve services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
