We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and patience.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, or MS Office tools.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
