Primary Responsibilities: Deliver foreign currency cash to customers' doorsteps (e.g., in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, where company offers one-day delivery). Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with RBI and KYC regulations (e.g., checking passports, PAN cards, travel documents). Handle cash securely, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining transparency. Coordinate with the Niyo app backend for delivery scheduling and order tracking. Provide customer support during delivery, addressing queries about forex rates or transactions. Work Environment: Field-based role requiring travel within city limits. Expenses borne by company. Interaction with company's digital platform for real-time updates and customer details. Emphasis on reliability, as company promotes fast, secure, and compliant forex delivery.
Skills and Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Experience: 0-5 years in logistics, cash handling, or customer-facing roles (e.g., delivery executive, banking operations).
Skills: Basic communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of financial transactions and documentation. Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., company app for delivery tracking). Certifications: Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance is a plus but not mandatory. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license (for two-wheeler/four-wheeler), background verification, CIBIL and Police Verification will be done for this role.
