What you will do:



? Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.

? Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

? Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

? Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.

What are we looking for:



We're on the lookout for a Customer Delight Cell Agent with:

? Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process) ? Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently

? Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure

? Current or previously has been a pet parent

? Prefer candidates who have previous experience in e-commerce

Eligibility:



Any bachelor's or master's graduate degree

Location:

Bangalore, Indira Nagar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
