Job Description

What you will do:




Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.


Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.


Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.


Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.

What are we looking for:



We're on the lookout for a Customer Delight Cell Agent with:


Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process)
Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently


Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure


Current or previously has been a pet parent


Prefer candidates who have previous experience in e-commerce

Eligibility:



Any bachelor's or master's graduate degree

Location:

Bangalore, Indira Nagar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
