Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.

Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process) Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently
Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure
Current or previously has been a pet parent
Prefer candidates who have previous experience in e-commerce
