Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Suggest solutions to improve service processes.
