Job Description

Customer service executive is esponsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers. The role includes order pickup from warehouse/vendor, route planning, handling packages carefully, updating delivery status in the system, collecting payments (if COD), and ensuring customer satisfaction. A delivery executive also plays a key role in the last-mile logistics process, acting as the direct link between the company and the customer.

# Key Responsibilities

Pickup and deliver orders on time.

Ensure packages are handled safely without damage.

Use mobile apps/ELM system for order tracking & updates.

Communicate politely with customers and provide service support.

Collect cash or digital payment in case of COD orders.

Follow traffic rules and maintain vehicle condition.
