Miracle Group is hiring for Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain relationships with the customers and ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle
- Responsible for high customer service quality standards
- Prepare and maintain MIS and closely work with the line manager for preparation of work report.
- Connect with customers and provide them with the solution and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution to the their queries.
- Assist and execute the work assigned by the reporting manager.
Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience
Min. 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
CTC: 3 Lac per annum
