Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints via inbound/outbound calls for international clients (e.g., US/UK/AUS).
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
