Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Customer Service Executive

with excellent communication skills to manage interactions with international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in dealing with foreign clients, and proven experience in preparing accurate and timely quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with international clients via email, phone, and other platforms. Understand customer requirements and provide prompt, accurate responses. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets tailored to customer specifications. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and feasible quotations. Track and follow up on quotations sent to clients and maintain a quotation database. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems. Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback. Stay updated with product knowledge and pricing to provide accurate information to clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with international exposure. Proven experience in preparing quotations and commercial offers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when dealing with foreign clients. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of export documentation and international trade (if applicable). Additional language skills (optional but beneficial). Experience in Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
