Customer Service Executive Inbound Calls

Job Description

Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally.

Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.

Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Need to generate/convert reviews - via calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
