Role: Customer Service Executive
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and resolve issues related to bus booking
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Frequently attend training & reinforced trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Criteria:
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Willingness to work in BPO in inbound or outbound processes are eligible
for Rotational week offs and Shifts.
Communication: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil / Kannada
Males / Females can be considered
Qualification: Any Degree (Certificate is mandatory)
Documents: Aadhaar/ Pan / Bank / If Experience (OL / Payslips / Experience) and Education Certificate
There are 10 Shifts , candidates must be ready to do any shift. They will get any shift out of it.
