JD& Typical duties, Responsibilities:

Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with Hindi. Exceptional phone manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Log in hours (Total hours 10:30:00 hrs. & Production hours - 9:30:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual. Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates Mode of work: Work from Office, Pranava One Building 5th Floor,Beside Erramanjil Metro station. Employment Type: Permanent. Educational mandate: any Graduate can apply. Working days after training: 5 with 2 days rotational weekly off.
