Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Manage end-to-end travel bookings using
Amadeus GDS
Provide accurate fare quotes, ticketing, re-issuance, and revalidation
Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer service
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience:
6 months to 2 years in customer service within the travel industry
GDS Knowledge:
Mandatory hands-on experience with
Amadeus
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in
UK shift timings
Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach
Preferred Skills
Experience handling international customers
Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel documentation
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
