Handle customer queries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel plans
Provide accurate information and ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage voice/chat support professionally while meeting quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
Graduates and undergraduates
both eligible
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
