Responsibilities
Assisting customers with their technical queries and providing top-tier support.
Should have strong command of Dutch language
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Requirements:
Graduation in any field.
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, with technical troubleshooting skills.
Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch (C1 certified)
Shift Timings - 5 days working - 24*7 shift (9 hours)- 2 rotational week offs
