We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Executive
to join our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and returns.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending cases.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Good listening skills and customer empathy.
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
1- 3 years of experience in customer service or call handling (freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
