Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the reception.
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic staff for daily operations.
Handle billing and payment collection processes efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
Address patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (with good communication skills).
Experience: 0-2 years (experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
