About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Success Team .
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat or voice with professionalism and accuracy Troubleshoot product or technical issues effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Meet service quality and performance standards consistently
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (both eligible)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 CTC (based on experience & process)
Both-side cab facility available (within hiring zone)
5 working days a week | Rotational shifts & week offs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
