We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions for our online orders. The role involves confirming Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, addressing customer queries, and ensuring smooth post-order communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to confirm COD and prepaid orders.
Resolve queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, returns, or exchanges.
Maintain call logs and update customer records.
Provide excellent customer experience through polite and professional communication.
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Prior experience in customer service/tele-calling preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Patient, polite, and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
