Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, address queries, and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with customers via phone and email regarding shipment status, document requirements, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely resolution/escalation of complex issues.
Operations Support:
POD Upload & Updation:
Ensure timely uploading and updating of Proof of Delivery documents in the system or as per client requirements.
LR Generation:
Generate accurate Lorry Receipts (LRs) based on dispatch and shipment details, ensuring proper documentation.
Data Entry & Excel Management:
Update customer and shipment data using Excel; ability to work with formulas, data sorting, and prepare reports.
Record Keeping:
Maintain systematic records of communications, deliveries, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Above
12th pass can apply

1 - 3 years of prior experience in logistics, courier, or cargo industry is mandatory.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(data entry, reporting, formulas, sorting).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
