Excellent communication skills Typing: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy Graduate: 1 year of experience (any field) Undergraduate: 2 years total experience (minimum 1 year in customer service) Excellent communication and typing skills

Salary & Benefits

Freshers - CL-12

CTC: ?3 LPA In-hand: ?18,800/month MIV: ?2,500 (performance-based)
Experienced - CL-11

CTC: Up to ?4.05 LPA (20% hike on last in-hand salary) In-hand: Approx. ?26,000/month MIV: ?2,500
