We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
E-commerce Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and Shopify.
Implement strategic pricing, promotions, and product placement to boost online sales.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve product visibility and drive engagement.
Monitor competitors and adjust listings, pricing, or promotions accordingly to stay competitive.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate product information, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or digital marketing.
Freshers with a strong interest in building a career in e-commerce and sales are also encouraged to apply.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
