Customer Service Executive

, you will handle real-time payroll queries from WIPRO's U.S.-based employees, providing accurate and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls/emails related to payroll support for US employees Assist with payroll inquiries, tax deductions, payslip clarifications, etc. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality Adhere to compliance, process, and SLA guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers to 2+ years (BPO/Customer Support preferred)

Shift:

Night Shifts (US Process)

Excellent communication skills

(Voice & Accent Assessment required)
