We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage proactive communication with dealers and direct customers (B 2 B and B 2 C). This role involves welcoming new customers,collecting feedback, verifying support and service status, maintaining all customer sales and service data systematically, and supporting conversion of leads acquired through digital marketing and other sources by coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make welcome calls to new customers and dealers post-installation or purchase.
Collect regular feedback from customers regarding product and service satisfaction.
Verify if customers are receiving timely support and address any immediate concerns.
Maintain updated records of customer sales and service data in MS Excel
Note customer challenges or complaints and communicate them to relevant department spromptly.
Coordinate with the sales team to support and convert leads generated through digital marketing and other channels
Guide and coordinate the induction of new joiners in the sales and service teams by explaining processes and systems.
Maintain clear and professional communication with B 2 B dealers and B 2 C customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
Comfortable working with MS Excel for data maintenance and reporting
.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to handle calls with patience and clarity.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and support sales conversions.
Hindi and English fluency must.
