Job Description


Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
-Appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients
-Maintain an appropriate level of communication & coordination with clients and internal team members.
-Handle sales calls proactively, providing briefs and addressing client needs
-Perform cold calls to generate business opportunities.
-Manage all reports related to the health of clients\' accounts.
-Handle clients\' complaints and proactively find solutions.
-Identify new leads and brands to pitch. Experience -2-3 Years
CTC - 3 to 5 LPA
