Roles and Responsibilities Coordination with Customer
To ensure to all customer calls and emails are addressed and the CRM team is an effective point of contact between the company and the customer
To ensure the customers are informed about projects and the offers which can be availed
To ensure that all the necessary documentation with respect to execution of agreement is carried out in a timely and accurate manner
Complaints Redressal
To address all the complaints/ issues of the customers, maintain a record of them and regularly forwarding them to the concerned department
To ensure that all escalated complaints are resolved in coordination with the Manager and other relevant departments
Customer Delight
To ensure mailers to the customers on occasions, special events, days and festivals are sent out
To oversee the execution of customer relationship building events and activities within the assigned budget
To address customer complaints/ issues gathered during relationship building activities
Collections
To ensure collection is done as per the payment schedule by maintaining proper follow up with the team.
To ensure timely updates on projects are given to the customer.
To ensure that the demand note with relevant documents are sent to customer after project intimation
To ensure proper handover is done to customer post complete payments by customer by coordinating with relevant departments.
Extra work coordination
To ensure all requests for extra work by the customers, their records are regularly forwarded to the concerned function
To ensure that all the extra work demanded by the customer is completed as per the needs of the customer
To ensure that the customer is informed about the extra price to be paid for the additional work
Internal Liaising
To ensure that interactions with all concerned departments like Design & Architecture, Construction, Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, etc. is taken up within the defined SLA timelines
Maintaining Database
To ensure regular maintenance of a detailed database of the existing customers.
Responsible for the development of self by updates from the latest competitor and industry trends and practices
Continuous Improvement Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness of the team Job Type: Full-time Pay: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
