Customer Service Executive - Job Duties (International Voice Process US and UK) :

  • Responsible for Taking inbound calls from customers in US and UK
  • Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
  • Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
  • Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through: Chat, Phone & Email
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
  • Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like - Word, Power Point and Excel
