We are seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated
Customer Service Executive
to manage inbound calls and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming customer calls
and provide information regarding products, services, or inquiries.
Resolve customer issues by identifying the concern, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing
high-quality service
and adhering to company standards.
Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly
performance metrics
, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
Maintain a
positive and professional
attitude during all interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.
1-3 years
of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers may also apply).
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
