: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound client queries via calls, emails, and chats professionally. Assist clients with Alibaba.com services, account setup, and troubleshooting. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM accurately. Provide timely solutions to client issues and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling client concerns. Prior experience in customer service or B2B support is a plus. Knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office.
