Responsibilities:



Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Developing strategies to engage customers across various channels, including social media, email, and phone.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolution of issues.

Analyzing customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Creating and implementing customer engagement campaigns and initiatives to drive retention and acquisition.

Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Serving as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company's values and offerings.

Providing guidance and support to frontline staff to enhance their customer engagement skills.

Continuously seeking ways to optimize the customer journey and exceed expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
