Customer Service Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
