Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chat queries
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
Update customer details and maintain records
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and guidelines
Qualifications
Freshers are welcome (0-1 year experience)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
Problem-solving and active listening skills
