Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers and clients via phone, email, chat, or social media Provide accurate information and support to resolve queries Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Document customer interactions and follow up as needed

Graduate in any discipline Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory) Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort with digital communication tools
