We are a leading casting exporter in India and current position for our corporate office at Mudalipalayam Privu, Coimbatore. Currently we are looking FEMALE candidate for a position of Customer Service Executive who can act as a single point of contact for Customer handling.

Designation : Customer Service Executive

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Education : Any Graduation / Degree / Diploma

One point Customer Handling Follow System and complete the Tasks on time Enter, Analise and review the flow of parts (from Development, Customer PO to Dispatch) Issue PO or Requirement to Suppliers or internally Follow with Purchase team to ensure availability of parts (Castings) for dispatch. Update Customers for their queries and Status of the Orders. Update the necessary records on time the datas such as POs, Invoices, Warehouse releases etc., Do Warehouse releases to Customers Prepare Shipping documents to Customer

Skills & Traits:

English Communication (Written & Oral) Customer and Supplier Focus Technical knowledge (Basic Foundry and Machine Shop) Computer Knowledge (MS outlook, MS office, PPT) Systematic, Trust, Confident, Flexible, Enthusiastic, Aggressive, Being organized, Team Player, Continuous improvement, Timeliness and Involvement.
