We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and at least one year of experience in handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and query resolution.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in understanding our offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Customer Support / BPO / Telecalling / Client Service
.
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Tamil (or local language).
Strong problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Education:
Any graduate / diploma holder (Freshers with strong communication may also apply).
