Role Overview
We are looking for a
female Customer Service Executive
to manage
website orders, customer queries, and packaging coordination
. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-friendly, and comfortable using computers and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor
online website orders
from processing to dispatch.
Handle
customer inquiries, complaints, and support
through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Coordinate
order packing, shipping, and delivery updates
.
Maintain daily reports and order logs using
Excel
.
Collaborate with the boutique and logistics team for smooth operations.
Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
is a must.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Prior experience in
customer support, e-commerce, or boutique handling
is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
