This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to start their career with Marwell Compressors & Eqquipments India Pvt Ltd., We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. Your primary role will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints in co-ordination with concern team and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone. Handle customer complaints, concerns, feedback in a professional & empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide product/service information and guide customers through our offerings. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

Female candidates only. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge.
